Anything MemeSwipe-related. Here are the most common reasons people reach out:
- Bug reports — App crashing, something not loading, a feature behaving weird? Tell us. Include what you were doing when it happened and what device you're on.
- Account issues — Can't sign in, lost access, want to change your username, need to delete your account? We'll sort it out.
- Reporting inappropriate content — Seen something that violates our community standards? Flag it in-app or email us the details. We take moderation seriously.
- Feature requests — Have an idea that would make MemeSwipe better? Genuinely, we want to hear it. The best features come from people who actually use the app.
- General questions — Anything else. Privacy questions, account questions, or just wondering how something works — go for it.
We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you don't hear back, check your spam folder — our replies sometimes end up there.
